Technology and Services | Mexico, Costa Rica and U.S. partnership

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, People Partner for Global Tech is a strategic HR leader supporting Corporate Technology Services (CTS) organizations across Mexico and Costa Rica. The role also partners with leaders, and global people partners on operating priorities, people strategy, and the execution of local strategies and processes, helping connect regional execution with broader business objectives.

Based in Costa Rica, this position serves as the primary people partner for the Costa Rica CTS hub. The role provides leadership across the associate experience, local people practices, organizational health, and hub-level priorities, while partnering closely with business leaders, People teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Success depends on strong enterprise leadership, learning agility, sound judgment, and the ability to build scalable people solutions in a dynamic, multi-country environment, rather than expertise tied to a single functional portfolio. The role will also help leaders and People teams responsibly adopt AI-enabled approaches that improve insights, simplify work, and strengthen the associate and manager experience.

About the Team

The CTS People Partner team works with leaders and associates across multiple countries to build high performing, engaged, and scalable organizations. We translate business priorities into practical people strategies, connect local and enterprise perspectives, and help leaders navigate growth, transformation, talent, organizational, and workforce challenges with consistency and care.

What You'll Do

· Partner with CTS leaders across Mexico and Costa Rica to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities, organizational needs, and future growth.

· Provide strategic partnership to CTS leaders and global People Partners on regional operations, organizational priorities, workforce considerations, and people strategy, and partner with them to translate global direction into locally relevant strategies, processes, and execution.

· Serve as the primary HR leader for the CTS Costa Rica hub, connecting local priorities with regional and enterprise strategies and helping create a consistent, effective associate experience.

· Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent strategy, workforce planning, associate engagement, culture, and change.

· Anticipate the people implications of business decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend practical, data-informed solutions.

· Lead and facilitate core talent processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance and development discussions, calibration, and promotion planning.

· Guide organizational design, capability planning, restructuring, and workforce initiatives to support sustainable growth and effective operating models.

· Coach leaders through complex people matters, including performance management, associate concerns, conflict resolution, investigations, and employment decisions, in partnership with the appropriate People and Legal teams.

· Use people analytics, workforce insights, organizational health indicators, and appropriate AI-enabled tools to influence decisions, identify patterns, monitor outcomes, strengthen leadership accountability, and improve the efficiency and quality of People practices while applying responsible-use principles.

· Build strong partnerships with global and regional People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Services, Learning, Communications, Legal, and other specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure consistent execution of enterprise processes within the local context.

· Champion inclusive leadership, associate listening, recognition, and culture-building practices that strengthen engagement and belonging.

· Ensure people practices and decisions are aligned with applicable local requirements, company policies, and enterprise standards across the supported locations.

· Create scalable frameworks, governance, and ways of working that can adapt as workforce size, business priorities, and the role portfolio evolve.
