Senior Manager, Program Management Location: Shenzhen/Shanghai
Position Overview:
Join the Walmart Connect China Sales Strategy and Enablement Team as a team member passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce.
We are looking for a strong individual contributor to support senior leadership priorities by driving hiring progress, translating ambiguous needs into actionable workstreams, and coordinating cross-functional follow-through in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
This role will report to the SS&E Director and work closely with business leaders, HR, TA, enablement, and U.S.-based cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be highly execution-oriented, comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to identify issues, exercise sound judgment, and move actions forward across stakeholders.
The role may also provide light coordination support for selected leadership needs, including scheduling follow-ups and meeting logistics, as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Hiring Prioritization, Progress Tracking & Role Readiness:
• Track the overall progress of open roles, from hiring to onboarding and role readiness.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and execution gaps early, and work with TA, HR, and business stakeholders to drive next steps and resolve issues.
• Provide leaders with concise updates, key risks, and recommended actions, especially for roles or issues that require additional support or escalation.
Management Improvement & Internal Initiatives:
• Translate senior leadership priorities into clear workstreams, improvement plans, and follow-up actions.
• Convert management or execution gaps into structured internal initiatives and actionable next steps.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to drive alignment, follow-through, and implementation.
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, program management, or similar execution-focused roles.
• Experience working across business, HR, recruiting, or other partner teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience identifying issues, tracking progress, and driving actions to closure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong judgment, execution, stakeholder management, and attention to detail .

• Strong English communication skills for direct work with U.S.-based stakeholders
