Senior Manager - SAP-SAP S4HANA PP

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to drive end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) projects. The role will oversee both greenfield and brownfield deployments, mentor a high‑performing delivery team, and ensure alignment with business objectives and best‑in‑class SAP standards.

• Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA PP solutions across greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Manage a team of functional consultants, developers, and analysts to deliver high‑quality deliverables on schedule.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust PP processes and system enhancements.
• Develop and enforce project governance, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
• Drive integration efforts with other S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, QM, FICO) to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge‑transfer activities for client teams.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for SAP PP best practices.
• Support post‑go‑live support, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Represent Bristlecone in client meetings, proposals, and pre‑sales engagements as a subject‑matter expert.

• 15+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP PP, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA PP implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of production planning, scheduling, shop floor control, and related logistics processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration points, and migration strategies.
• Excellent leadership, people‑management, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Production Planning).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
