About the Team

The Data Center Capacity & Delivery team secures the data center capacity that powers CoreWeave’s growth. We identify, evaluate, and negotiate data center sites across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, and stay with each site until the capacity we contracted for is delivered, working with providers, developers, utilities, and internal teams to bring capacity online with speed and commercial discipline.

As the Senior Manager, Data Center Capacity & Delivery (APAC), you will be CoreWeave’s first dedicated capacity leader in the region and the face of CoreWeave to data center providers, developers, brokers, and utilities across APAC. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Data Center Capacity & Delivery, you will build the APAC market from the ground up, lead deals from first screen through signed agreement, and then follow each site through deployment, making sure providers deliver what we contracted for, on the timeline we agreed.

Key Responsibilities:

Capacity and site selection

  • Define and execute the APAC metro strategy, prioritizing markets based on power availability, time-to-market, latency, cost, regulatory environment, and customer demand
  • Build and manage relationships with data center providers, developers, brokers, landlords, and utilities to source on- and off-market capacity across the region
  • Lead end-to-end lease transactions from intake and screening through LOI, definitive document negotiation, and execution, including commercial terms, power commitments, SLAs, and delivery schedules
  • Evaluate opportunities against CoreWeave’s buy box and financial guardrails, partnering with Finance on TCO analysis and capital approvals
  • Coordinate technical and commercial due diligence with Engineering, Design, Power, Legal, Security, and Fiber teams, ensuring risks are identified and resolved before commitment
  • Navigate country-specific regulatory, permitting, tax, foreign-ownership, and power-procurement requirements across APAC markets

Delivery oversight

  • Serve as CoreWeave’s on-the-ground lead for signed APAC sites through deployment and RFS, partnering with Delivery, Construction, Design, and Operations
  • Track provider progress against contracted milestones, power commitments, and RFS dates, and escalate risks to schedule, scope, or quality early
  • Oversee provider fit-out and construction progress through regular site visits and walkthroughs, confirming work matches the agreed Basis of Design and SLA
  • Hold providers accountable to contractual obligations, working with Legal, Operations and Finance on change requests, delays, and remedies
  • Report delivery status and risks across the APAC portfolio to leadership and Site Selection teams
  • Present site recommendations, deal summaries, and risk assessments to senior leadership to drive timely decisions
  • Maintain Salesforce as the system of record for the APAC pipeline and delivery milestones, ensuring deal stages, terms, and dates are accurate and current
  • Help shape the APAC team as the pipeline grows, including future hiring and the development of regional processes

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in data center site selection, capacity acquisition, data center delivery, or infrastructure development, including significant experience in APAC markets
  • Proven track record of leading complex data center lease or acquisition transactions from sourcing through execution
  • Hands-on experience overseeing data center fit-out, construction, or delivery, including tracking third-party providers against schedules and contractual commitments
  • Data center specific experience: a strong understanding of the power, cooling, and critical infrastructure that make a data center different from a traditional real estate asset
  • Established network of data center providers, developers, brokers, and utilities across key APAC markets such as Japan, Australia, Singapore, India, Korea, and Malaysia
  • Deep understanding of data center power, including utility capacity, interconnection timelines, and power procurement across APAC markets
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience structuring lease terms, pricing, power commitments, and SLAs
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to evaluate deal economics and interpret TCO and financial models
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Construction, Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and pipeline management systems
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the APAC region, including frequent site visits, and occasionally to the US

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI/HPC, GPU cloud, or hyperscale data center deployments, including high-density and liquid-cooled environments
  • Experience on the owner or tenant side of a data center build or turnkey delivery
  • Experience opening or scaling a new region for a high-growth infrastructure or technology company
  • Fluency in one or more APAC business languages such as Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Bahasa
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA a plus
