Senior Manager - Strategic Partner Enablement

The Senior Manager, Partnership Enablement will support key stakeholders across Specialty Care, Enterprise Corporate Development, Enterprise Business Development, and Innovations by providing critical support functions to our partnerships and growth initiatives, including closely collaborating with leaders and their teams in Strategy, Managed Care, Marketing, Ventures, and clinical operations amongst others.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project-based analytics support, including data integration, quality assurance, analysis and visualization
  • Manage interoperability initiatives and end-to-end integration processes to onboard partners within the Mount Sinai's ecosystem, ensuring seamless workflows, operational continuity, and consistent service delivery across all partnerships
  • Manage end-to-end implementation and lifecycle management of partnerships, including external partner management, driving accountability, operational readiness, efficiency, and sustained performance within the MSHS ecosystem
  • Manage internal stakeholders, including clear communication and governance to ensure internal support from matrixed functional areas is provided (e.g., access & scheduling, billing, IT, finance, analytics, etc. as appropriate)
  • Build processes to monitor and track results, including partnering with internal organizations such as Finance, Analytics, and IT to ensure accurate data collection and reporting across key performance indicators (e.g., financial impact, new patient growth, etc.) and external partners
  • Own partnership performance reporting and provide recommendations to improve growth, operational effectiveness, patient access, and financial outcomes
  • Analyze partnership performance trends and develop data-driven recommendations for optimization, expansion, or restructuring of partnership arrangements
  • Support management of a portfolio of strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational growth priorities and enterprise objectives
  • Assist leadership in prioritizing partnership investments and resource allocation across the partnership portfolio
  • Participate in system-wide initiatives and committees in support of team (e.g., Digital Access and Referrals)
  • Participate in prospective partner discussions and planning sessions, serving as a subject matter resource regarding partnership implementation, operational readiness, and performance requirements
  • Contribute to development of materials supporting partnership growth initiatives, business development efforts, and leadership presentations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Specialty Care, Corporate Development, Business Development, and Operations regarding partnership performance and implementation strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive execution of high-priority partnership initiatives and enterprise growth objectives
  • Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and governance committees

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in related field preferred

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of professional experience in related field preferred
  • Experience with leading management consulting firm(s), benefits consulting firm(s), process improvement roles and/or payer(s) a plus
  • Experience in a fast paced, corporate environment a plus
  • Experience with SQL, R, Python and Tableau to analyze large data sets
  • Excellent management, presentation, and communication skills

Compensation Statement

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $115,494.00 - $160,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
