Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management

Primary Purpose
Leads strategic planning for supply chain functions across regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Drives cost-reduction programs and introduces advanced tools for analytics and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishes clear guidelines and oversight processes to ensure purchasing activities follow internal standards and external requirements.
• Leads company-wide efforts to reduce costs by identifying efficient purchasing strategies and optimizing overall spending.
• Manages all aspects of the purchasing process to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develops long-term plans to improve supplier performance, reduce expenses, and increase the overall value of goods and services.
• Tracks and reports cost savings achieved through supplier initiatives and disciplined purchasing practices.
• Oversees contract discussions and advises internal teams on evaluating and selecting supplier proposals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
