Senior Manager, Supply Fulfillment
Purpose of Job
This position serves as the delivery commander owning order execution, project fulfillment, and day-to-day vendor performance management. The primary goal is to ensure 100% OTIF delivery for NPD and LCM projects, manage PO execution, enforce daily vendor accountability, evaluate supplier capabilities, and provide real-world execution feedback to Master Planning for macro calibration.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Development Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end PO lifecycle management from issuance to goods receipt, ensuring all NPD and LCM orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Sourcing and Logistics teams to proactively resolve execution blockers and delivery risks.
- Maintain real-time order tracking visibility and escalate risky deliveries to minimize supply disruption.
- Optimize KPI dashboard maintenance continuously, covering OTIF, lead time, inventory coverage, and vendor capabilities.
Supplier Performance & Capability Management
- Implement and manage a structured daily vendor accountability cadence, including performance scorecards, escalation protocols, and corrective action plans.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews tracking delivery, quality, and responsiveness metrics against defined benchmarks.
- Enforce performance management and initiate formal remediation processes for underperforming suppliers to protect supply continuity.
- Lead structured supplier capability evaluations covering production capacity, raw material management systems, lead time reliability.
- Provide actionable capability gap analysis to inform vendor selection, onboarding, and long-term development decisions.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a direct team of 4 supply fulfillment professionals, setting clear performance objectives and individual development plans.
- Build a high-performance fulfillment team culture anchored in accountability, execution speed, and continuous improvement.
- Drive process standardization, playbook documentation, and workflow optimization across all order management activities.
Education/Knowledge/Experience
The minimum request:
- Bachelor Degree or above in manufacturing, operations, supply chain.
Relevant experience demand:
- Minimum 12 years of supply planning experience, know well contract manufacturing model.
- Familiar with ERP system running logic and operation.
- Preferably in cosmetics, FMCG industry company.
- 4 years above team management experience.
Relevant knowledge demand:
- Fluent English (read, writing oral).
- Good capability of business insights.
- Logical thinking, excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Excellent synergy and Strong leadership.
- Be able to work under pressure.
