About the role
Our Tax team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services and guiding them through the intricacies of tax legislation. You will provide strategic insights that support informed decision-making and help clients achieve their commercial objectives.
You will play a key leadership role within the Tax practice, fostering collaboration, sharing technical expertise, and supporting the ongoing development of colleagues. Working alongside a team of experienced and highly capable professionals, you will contribute to maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Beyond client service, you will help grow the business by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships, enhance our service offering, and contribute to business development initiatives. This role presents a clear pathway to progression. What you’ll be doing
- Providing leadership and guidance to support the delivery of exceptional client service
- Identifying opportunities with current and new clients to continue our growth
About You
- You enjoy being part of a team and inspiring individuals to be the best they can be
- You thrive on identifying and creating new business opportunities
- 8 years+ substantial experience advising on New Zealand income tax, GST, and Inland Revenue requirements
- CA or CPA qualified or equivalent and / or Law Profs
