Senior Manager,Total Rewards and People Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and administer Jam City’s global base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programs, and equity compensation

Advise leadership, Talent Acquisition, and People Partners on pay decisions, guideline interpretations, and job structures

Manage the job and pay structure and provide expertise and counsel to the HR community and management

Partner with Finance and Legal to execute compensation programs and ensure compliance with global laws and regulations

Conduct market analysis, manage compensation surveys, and recommend salary structure adjustments

Manage annual performance review and compensation cycles with cross functional partners

Design, implement, and administer global benefit programs, including 401(k) oversight, vendor management, broker partnerships,ensuring statutory compliance as well as market competitiveness

Manage enrollment process for all countries, to include developing timelines, managing vendors to evaluate options and costs, defining systems setups and specifications and complete needed HRIS updates

Oversee and manage the People Operations team functions including operational HR policies, including health and safety, immigration, and parent company reporting

Lead process improvement, automation, and AI integration while ensuring K-SOX compliance and supporting audit requests

Provides oversight for compliance requirements, including operational areas that audit and employment law may impact.

Ensures the maintenance and currency of HR policies and People Operations procedures.

Oversee HRIS administration, ensuring data integrity, defining system strategy, and collaborating with functional clients to deliver effective technology solutions

Manage, develop, and coach the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Lead cross-functional projects across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to align business strategy with operational execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with benefits design, compensation, sales and incentive compensation plan, and equity compensation

Global HR experience (min. US and Canada) and strong understanding of employment law.

Ability to make quantitative and data-driven decisions along with context of qualitative data points

Proven ability to build process and HR operational infrastructure in a rapid-growth environment

Leadership experience in the successful operational delivery of HR processes, systems and programs and the continued processes of policy governance and adherence

Experience managing a team and multiple functions of the People discipline
-
Workday experience preferred
-
CCP, CBP or SPHR certification a plus
