A Senior Marketing Manager – Hematology & Oncology opportunity is currently available, with flexibility for candidates based in the Boston, MA area or fully remote.
🔬 Role Focus
- U.S. Hematology/Oncology commercial brands
- Brand strategy and tactical planning
- HCP promotional initiatives
- KOL engagement and peer-to-peer programs
- Congress planning and execution
- Commercial performance and product adoption
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Digital, Analytics, and Patient Advocacy
- Agency, vendor, project, and budget management
🎯 Ideal Background
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare commercial experience
- Strong pharmaceutical marketing/brand management experience
- U.S. pharmaceutical commercial experience
- Experience in Hematology, Oncology, Rare Disease, or Specialty Products is preferred
- Strong understanding of HCP promotion, brand strategy, and commercial execution
