Senior Media Analyst (Project Management focus)
The Media Analyst provides essential support to the Client Lead within the Global Client Success team, enabling them to manage client relationships effectively. The role is primarily internally focused, owning the operational tasks and project administration.
- Own the day-to-day management of client projects across multiple markets and scopes, maintaining clear timelines, milestones, and accountability
- Track project status proactively, flagging risks, delays, or scope changes to the relevant stakeholders in good time
- Manage project workstreams with internal teams
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including scope records and status trackers
- Maintain clear communication with clients and agencies
- Assist in preparing client presentations and project deliverables
- Liaise with Ebiquity's local market teams to ensure consistent delivery across geographies
- Consolidate multi-market outputs into coherent, client-ready materials that reflect a unified view
- Develop knowledge of the media industry and Ebiquity's services.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in media, marketing, or a related field, with exposure to project or workstream management
- Experience working across multiple markets or with global clients is an advantage, though not essential
- Familiarity with media channels and how they are planned, bought, and measured
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Clear and confident communicator who can align diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools in support of project delivery
- Collaborative and proactive, with a team-first mindset and a willingness to step in where needed
- Ambitious and eager to develop within a high-performing global team
- Familiar with the use of Asana or other project management platforms
- You will be fluent in English
