Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant – Sydney

Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant to provide senior functional leadership across enterprise CRM transformation initiatives. The role involves leading requirements workshops, designing scalable sales solutions, optimising customer lifecycle processes, and guiding internal teams through solution design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and scalable Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
• Analyse sales and customer lifecycle processes and recommend best-practice improvements.
• Lead solution design across Dynamics 365 Sales, CRM, and associated business processes.
• Guide configuration, customisation, and integration activities in collaboration with technical teams.
• Challenge existing processes to drive standardisation and effective platform adoption.
• Support solution validation, testing, defect management, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Act as a senior functional escalation point for complex business and Dynamics issues.
• Mentor internal consultants and provide knowledge transfer to strengthen team capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and technology stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales / CRM solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes.
• Proven experience in functional consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation, and integrations.
• Strong business analysis and process optimisation capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Experience as a Senior Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, SME, or Dynamics Solution Consultant.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading Dynamics professionals.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work across business and technical teams.
