Role & responsibilities

• 1015 years of overall experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including at least 5 years in an L3 / senior technical-functional support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Expertise in X++ development, extensions, Chain of Command, event handlers, SSRS reports, and AL / C/AL development.
• Strong experience with integrations (Data Entities, OData, REST/SOAP services, DMF) and Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Blob Storage).
• Good working knowledge of SQL Server, query optimization, and performance troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, code deployments, and environment management.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Payroll, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Trade & Logistics, or HR business processes.
• Proven experience in Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) or Production Support environments, preferably in an offshore delivery model.
• Experience handling incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests following ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with ticketing and support management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on critical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging directly with global clients and stakeholders.
