Senior .NET Engineer
Ciklum is looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:
As a Senior .NET Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable data solutions using C# as the primary language. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance solutions on the platform
Integrate external datasets and build robust, scalable data pipelines
Develop and maintain back-end systems using C#
Set and enforce high-quality coding standards, including source control practices using Git and branching strategies
Collaborate with global R&D and software teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
Troubleshoot complex software, infrastructure, and automation challenges
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and DevOps innovations
Align with project managers to track work items and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Document technical solutions and delivery methodologies clearly and effectively
Requirements:
At least 5 years of professional experience with .NET and C#, accounting for approximately 80% of the role
Some experience with Angular or another JavaScript framework, accounting for approximately 20% of the role
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. AWS is preferred
Experience with Kubernetes is considered a plus
Proven ability to quickly understand existing systems and code, including reverse engineering complex codebases
Strong, methodical approach to debugging and troubleshooting complex issues
Solid understanding of object oriented design principles and common design patterns
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server
Good knowledge of RESTful services and API design
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of customer issues end to end
Proven experience in developing new features, enhancements, and contributing to ongoing product development
