Senior Network Engineer/ Assistant Network Manager
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage company network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Monitor network performance using various tools and techniques, providing insights and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine networking requirements and solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation related to network configuration, processes, and standards.
Ensure network security by deploying appropriate technologies and best practices.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
Higher Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in network engineering, with experience in large-scale networks.
Proficiency with major brand (Cisco/ H3C/ Huawei) of routers and switches; and firewalls (Checkpoint/ Fortigate/ Palo Alto)
Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
Holder of certificate of CCNP/ CCIE is highly preferable
Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
