Senior Network Engineer

Salary: $6,500 – $7,500 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support our enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites and data centers. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in complex environments, brings strong expertise in Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, and cloud networking technologies, and is passionate about delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers.

• Manage and support SDWAN, SD-Access, and ACI environments to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Administer authentication and access control systems such as Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, and Infoblox DDI.

• Implement and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 protocols including VLAN, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP, and QoS.

• Configure and maintain load balancers (F5, A10) and multi-vendor security appliances.

• Perform firmware upgrades, monitor network health, and resolve incidents with minimal downtime.

• Manage data center network operations, including tech refresh, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud connectivity, enhance network automation, and strengthen cybersecurity posture.

• Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams, and IT asset inventory.

• Provide escalation support, root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors for complex issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• At least 5–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration and support.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, and Nexus platforms.

• Experience with SDWAN, ACI, ISE, ClearPass, Infoblox, F5/A10, and SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar).

• Proficiency in routing, switching, wireless, and security configurations across multi-vendor environments.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills with the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced operational setting.
