Senior Network Engineer (Project-based)

Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Cisco networking with OSPF/BGP and Palo Alto Firewalls.

• Design, implement, and optimize network architecture across LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for complex network issues.

• Execute network changes following incident and problem management processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams for escalations and solutions.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and continuity support to junior engineers.

• Experience with Aruba Wireless and ClearPass, iboss SASE, and Forescout NAC solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory services, including DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).

• Familiarity with Akamai Guardicore, micro‑segmentation technologies, and SD‑WAN solutions.

Leadership & Team Support

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior network engineers.

• Serve as a senior technical escalation resource for complex network issues.

• Provide technical continuity and support for the network team during the absence or unavailability of the designated network lead.

• Support knowledge transfer and coordinate with relevant technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors as required.

Experience & General Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in network operations, network administration, network engineering, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in complex network environments.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to provide on‑call support outside regular business hours when required.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent are preferred.
