Senior Officer, Contract Review (Vendor Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, Banking Operations) #HDC1

A leading local bank is looking for a Senior Officer to support its strategic sourcing and vendor contract review activities. You will help keep contracts accurate, compliant and well documented.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review vendor and service contracts for completeness, accuracy and alignment with internal policies
• Check key commercial terms, renewal dates, pricing and service levels against records
• Support sourcing teams with contract data, templates and documentation
• Maintain and update the contract repository and tracking system
• Monitor upcoming contract expiries and alert stakeholders in good time
• Liaise with procurement, legal and business units to clarify contract queries
• Perform data validation and quality checks on contract records
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on contract status
• Support audit and compliance requests with accurate documentation
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to contract workflows

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Finance or a related discipline and above
• 1 to 2 years of experience in contracts, procurement, banking operations or administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to read and interpret contract terms and conditions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working onsite as part of a team
