Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend recruitment for factory and support functions Source and screen candidates through multiple channels Coordinate interviews and selection with department heads Handle bulk hiring as per manpower planning Manage onboarding & HR documentation Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Ensure recruitment compliance and timely reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR / Management (MBA HR preferred)46 years of relevant HR & Talent Acquisition experience in the garment/apparel sectorStrong understanding of production functions (IE, Quality, Merchandising, Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Key Skills Sourcing & screeningHR documentationCoordinationFactory hiring experience (mandatory) .
