Senior Officer – Leadership Development (People & Culture)
Location: West, Singapore
Employment Type: Contract - 12 Months

Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual to support leadership development initiatives and strengthen managerial capabilities. The role involves coordinating development programmes, 360-degree feedback exercises and executive coaching services. You will also evaluate programme effectiveness and contribute to continuous learning and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify leadership capability gaps and develop appropriate development strategies and interventions.
• Design leadership development initiatives and prepare relevant learning content and materials.
• Coordinate 360-degree feedback exercises, including system setup, participant onboarding, communications and data analysis.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and customize leadership development solutions.
• Coordinate executive coaching services and provide administrative support to senior management and leaders.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness, recommend improvements and facilitate leadership development activities where appropriate.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in leadership development, learning and development, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing leadership development initiatives, with exposure to 360-degree feedback, executive coaching, management programmes or leadership competency frameworks preferred.
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
