Senior Officer, Sales Deposit

This role involves meeting prospective customers to assess banking needs, focusing on deposits, and building relationships. You will manage a deposit portfolio, achieve sales targets, participate in bank events, and assist with account openings. Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills are key.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet prospective customers to assess their banking needs, focusing on deposits.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through ongoing communication.
• Stay updated on bank products and services.
• Achieve sales goals for assigned deposit portfolio through daily customer meetings.
• Participate in bank events and campaigns in Phnom Penh and provinces.
• Assist with account openings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in banking or MFI sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
