Senior Operation Officer, Health & Benefits
Summary
Oversee health & benefits operations, ensuring accurate enrollment, client servicing, and compliance with SLAs and regulations while maintaining data quality and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality operational support across enrollment, administration, ongoing client servicing, and special activities in line with agreed SLAs.
- Execute daily operational tasks accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to established procedures and service standards.
- Support the identification and resolution of operational issues, escalating complex cases when required.
- Prepare and maintain operational and utilization reports with a strong focus on data accuracy, validation, and consistency.
- Follow standardized operating procedures aligned with regional and global operating models.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, risk management standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical enhancements.
- Support operational changes related to systems updates, process changes, or regulatory requirements.
- Leverage operational tools and systems to maintain performance, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Brokers, Compliance, and other Corporate Functions to support service delivery.

Requirements
- Minimum 03 years of experience in operations within Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Financial Services.
- Good understanding of operational processes, service delivery models, and basic regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy, validation, and reporting.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills in a business services setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with operational systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
