Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard/Active Data Guard, and GoldenGate.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database 12c and 19c.
- In-depth knowledge of table partitioning techniques and performance implications.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL development, and query tuning.
- Hands-on experience with RMAN backup/recovery and cloning.
- Strong understanding of tablespace management, indexing strategies, and MViews.
- Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and storage concepts (ASM, SAN/NAS, LUNs).
- Familiarity with OEM monitoring and diagnostics.
- Knowledge of Tivoli TSM backup integration.
- Shell scripting for automation (required).
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and IBM DB2.
