This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect - (Professional Services) based in India.
As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect, you will join a Professional Services organization focused on helping partners deliver secure, scalable, and successful technology solutions to their customers. You’ll work directly with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to strengthen their technical capabilities and enable them to implement solutions independently. The role combines solution architecture, technical enablement, post-sales delivery, and strategic partner engagement. You’ll help develop scalable technical programs, guide complex implementations, and translate partner feedback into meaningful product improvements. Working across engineering, alliances, sales, and customer success, you’ll become a trusted technical advisor throughout the partner lifecycle. Accountabilities:
- Lead technical enablement programs for partners, equipping their engineering and technical teams with the knowledge and capabilities required to successfully implement and drive adoption of container and software library solutions for their customers.
- Partner closely with alliances and channel stakeholders, including Partner Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers, to understand partner capabilities, challenges, and go-to-market strategies and translate these insights into joint technical and commercial initiatives.
- Develop and maintain scalable partner-facing technical resources, including integration guides, reference architectures, implementation documentation, and best practices, enabling partners to independently deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support post-sales technical engagements through co-delivery, architecture reviews, implementation guidance, and escalation support for complex customer environments.
- Serve as a primary technical liaison between partners and Product and Engineering teams, communicating partner requirements, technical challenges, and feedback to help inform product development and roadmap priorities.
- Assess partner technical competencies, identify capability gaps, and design targeted enablement programs that improve implementation readiness and delivery quality.
- Maintain partner-level architecture documentation and systematically share lessons learned, implementation patterns, and technical best practices across internal teams and the wider partner community.
- Collaborate across functions to strengthen partner relationships, improve customer outcomes, and ensure partners are equipped to deliver consistent and exceptional experiences at scale.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor within the partner ecosystem, continuously learning from customers, partners, engineering teams, and fellow architects to solve complex technical challenges.
- 4+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role supporting customers, preferably in partner engineering, alliances, channel solutions architecture, or a similar partner-facing function.
- 8+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications, with strong software engineering fundamentals and a practical understanding of modern application architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers, together with solid knowledge of software development processes, engineering practices, and software design concepts.
- Proven experience working with partner ecosystems, including system integrators, ISVs, resellers, technology alliances, or comparable organizations, with an understanding of partner go-to-market models.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, ranging from partner engineers and architects to business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable technical enablement programs, educational materials, architecture guidance, and other content designed for partner audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with intellectual curiosity, a continuous-learning mindset, and a drive to develop practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, product, alliances, sales, customer success, and external partner teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with both technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Must be located in India.
