About the Role
We are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to join a long-term project for a client in the banking industry.
The project focuses on business process automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise solutions built using the Pega Platform.
We are looking for a specialist with strong hands-on Pega development experience, a solid understanding of BPM/BPMS solutions, and the ability to work in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Platform.
Implement and optimize business processes, workflows, and automation solutions.
Configure and customize Pega applications according to business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams.
Support integrations between Pega and external enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance.
Follow Pega development standards and best practices.
Contribute to technical discussions and solution design.

Requirements
Strong commercial experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
Experience developing enterprise applications using Pega.
Understanding of BPM, BPMS, and workflow automation.
Experience with Pega case management, business rules, and process automation.
Knowledge of integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Based in the European Union.

Nice to Have
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
Experience with RPA and enterprise automation.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
