- Take end-to-end operational ownership of day-to-day People Operations and HR Administration across the IronMaxx Group
- Support the Head of People & Organization in coordinating, leading and developing the People Operations team
- Take formal people management responsibility for two remote HR Assistants
- Set clear priorities, responsibilities and expectations; ensure reliable execution, high quality standards and adherence to deadlines across day-to-day People Operations
- Act as operational deputy for the Head of People & Organization and take ownership of day-to-day decisions, coordination and escalations
- Coach and develop more junior People team members, provide guidance on complex HR topics and ensure consistent operational execution
- Ensure professional HR support throughout the employee lifecycle for more than 100 employees
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contracts, personnel files, absences and HR documentation
- Ensure accurate and compliant employee data and processes
- Act as a trusted contact for employees and managers on operational HR matters
- Act as a senior operational sparring partner for managers on day-to-day HR and employee-related topics
- Provide practical guidance on HR processes, labor law and internal policies
- Take ownership of more complex employee relations cases, performance topics and sensitive employee meetings
- Own operational escalations within the role scope and involve the Head of People & Organization where appropriate
- Support learning and development initiatives based on the evolving needs of the organization
- Help coordinate trainings, development measures and related People processes
- Work closely with the Head of People & Organization and, where applicable, a dedicated Training Manager
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Oversee working-time, absence and employee-related data
- Prepare relevant HR KPIs and management reports
- Own the continuous improvement and standardization of People workflows, templates, responsibilities and operating standards
- Drive digitalization and automation of recurring People processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability and reliable execution
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, HR Generalist or a comparable HR role
- Strong knowledge of the German employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, absences and offboarding
- Good practical knowledge of German labor law
- Experience with payroll preparation, HR administration and personnel data
- Confidence in advising employees and managers
- Experience coordinating or leading colleagues, projects or workstreams
- Previous disciplinary leadership experience is welcome but not mandatory; we are equally open to candidates who are ready to take their first formal leadership step and demonstrate clear leadership potential
- Ability to set priorities, provide clear direction, maintain standards and take ownership of execution

- Strong interest in process improvement, digitalization and automation
- High level of discretion, integrity and service orientation
- Confident use of HR systems and MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills
