Senior Performance Marketeer

At Advidi, media buying turns paid traffic into profitable volume for our dating advertisers. To keep our adult traffic channels growing, we're looking for a Senior Performance Marketeer to take full ownership of ExoClick ( main source), TrafficJunky and potentially other sources.

You'll join our Performance Marketing team: a small group of experienced buyers running dating campaigns across adult display networks and mainstream channels such as Meta. You report to the Performance Marketing Lead.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You build, optimise and scale campaigns end to end, decide where the budget goes and own the results. In your first year, you'll take over these channels, keep them stable and grow the monthly budget from five to six figures through sharper optimisation, new creative and lander tests, and new inventory.

The channels are yours: no shared accounts, short lines to the head of the team and the freedom to test what you believe in. There's no separate creative department, so you produce your own videos, banners and pre-landers.

• Own ExoClick, TrafficJunky and potentially other traffic sources end to end for our dating offers

• Scale the monthly budget from five to six figures against ROI targets

• Optimise daily on zones, placements, bids, GEOs and devices

• Set up and maintain tracking in Voluum: campaigns, flows, landers and postbacks

• Produce your own creatives: videos, banners and pre-landers

• Run a continuous testing pipeline for creatives, pre-landers and offers

• Monitor traffic quality and act fast on bot or fraudulent traffic

• Work with traffic source account managers to secure premium inventory and better rates

• Report on spend, revenue and ROAS, and flag risks and opportunities early

• Test new adult traffic sources to find additional scale

Must-haves

• 7+ years of hands-on media buying on adult traffic sources

• Hands-on experience with ExoClick and a proven buying methodology on it

• Experience in the dating vertical, or a close vertical on adult traffic such as gambling or casino

• Experience managing budgets of $100k+ per month, ideally six figures

• Running multiple GEOs are the same time

• Expert-level Voluum skills: setup, troubleshooting and optimisation

• A track record you can express in revenue and ROI

• Native-level English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with TrafficJunky, TrafficStars or other adult traffic sources

• Experience with rev-share and CPA dating offers

• Basic HTML/CSS to build and edit pre-landers

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to build pre-landers

• A competitive base salary plus up to 60% commission, paid out quarterly

• A 6.5-month contract, with the intention to convert to a indefintite contract
