Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will take ownership of significant advertising budgets across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and X, with a strong focus on generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth. Working closely with Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, SEO, and Revenue Operations teams, you will develop integrated campaigns that reach enterprise audiences and accelerate business performance. You will use data-driven insights, experimentation, and advanced attribution techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment. The role also offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategy, develop email nurturing programs, and lead a small team. You will join a globally distributed, fully remote environment that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous innovation.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms, focusing on enterprise brand awareness, qualified pipeline generation, and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, and SEO teams to align campaign strategies, establish optimization priorities, and maximize incremental performance.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily, implementing optimization strategies to improve click-through rates, cost per lead, return on ad spend, and overall marketing efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain a structured performance review process, analyzing weekly results, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Report bi-weekly to marketing leadership and key stakeholders on budget utilization, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.

  • Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen campaign attribution, tracking accuracy, and data consistency across marketing and sales systems.

  • Build comprehensive revenue attribution reporting, including account-based marketing attribution through advertising platform APIs.

  • Manage advertising budgets, monitor spending and pacing across channels, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize business impact.

  • Identify new advertising platforms, audience segments, targeting strategies, and creative formats to expand reach and drive performance improvements.

  • Develop and manage a monthly experimentation roadmap, coordinating A/B tests and campaign initiatives with relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Own the email marketing program, including one-off campaigns, audience segmentation, and the development and optimization of automated nurture sequences.

  • Lead and support a small performance marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, professional development, and strong execution.

  • Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to test messaging, advertising formats, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Requirements:

    • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation, preferably within a B2B SaaS company or a marketing agency.

    • Proven track record of managing annual paid media budgets exceeding $1 million while delivering measurable returns on investment.

    • Extensive hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with familiarity across additional platforms such as Reddit, YouTube, and X.

    • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing strategies, including enterprise demand generation, account-based advertising, lead nurturing, and revenue-focused campaign management.

    • Demonstrated experience collaborating with Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations teams to maintain accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.

    • Proficiency in Google Analytics and performance measurement tools, with the ability to interpret complex campaign data and connect marketing metrics to pipeline, MRR, and ARR growth.

    • Familiarity with HubSpot, Vector, Salesforce, and Sigma is considered an advantage.

    • Strong experience designing and executing A/B tests, campaign experiments, and continuous optimization strategies.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to turn performance insights into clear business recommendations and actionable growth strategies.

    • Proven ability to manage and develop a small team, encouraging ownership, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

    • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around shared objectives.

    • Excellent quality assurance skills and attention to detail when managing campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.

    • Strong creative judgment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design and content teams to develop and test compelling messaging and advertising formats.

    • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment, with proficiency in macOS and collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive, location-adjusted compensation based on experience, expertise, and geographic market benchmarks. The original US salary range is $148,000–$200,000; this range is US-specific and does not establish the compensation applicable to Poland.

      • Fully remote working environment, offering the flexibility to work from an approved location.

      • Opportunity to join a globally distributed organization recognized for its growth and innovation.

      • High-impact role with ownership of multi-million-dollar advertising budgets and direct influence over demand generation and revenue growth.

      • Opportunity to work across multiple performance marketing channels, enterprise audiences, and advanced attribution technologies.

      • Collaborative environment with close partnerships across Growth Marketing, SEO, Account-Based Marketing, Creative, and Revenue Operations.

      • Opportunity to lead and develop a small team while contributing to broader marketing strategy.

      • Exposure to innovative technology in the fraud prevention and device intelligence industry.

      • Inclusive and supportive workplace that values diverse experiences, perspectives, and cultural backgrounds.

      • Equal opportunity for candidates from underrepresented groups in technology and marketing.

      • Please note that employment is subject to country eligibility and applicable regulatory and security requirements. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
