Senior Platform Engineer

Mollie is evolving its CI/CD infrastructure to support rapid software delivery and reliability. Join as a Senior Platform Engineer to maintain, scale and optimise our CI/CD tools across platforms, empowering engineers to build payment and financial services products with confidence.

You will work on health monitoring, outages response, and governance of CI/CD systems while focusing on security, compliance and efficient resource usage.

Oversee health, stability and scalability of CI/CD infrastructure. Respond to outages to maintain high availability and reliability. Develop and govern CI/CD strategies, ensuring security and resilience. Optimize resource usage while preserving developer experience. Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose issues and maintain workflows. Experience with CI systems and self-hosted deployment and GitLab or similar. Hands-on with cloud-native deployment and GitOps tooling. Proficiency with Terraform and Kubernetes (Helm). Strong problem solving, observability and debugging skills. Clear communication and documentation for engineers.
