Senior Power Platform Developer

As our Senior Power Platform Developer, you'll lead the design, development, governance and support of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications that improve business processes and support organisational objectives. This senior, hands-on role combines solution architecture, platform administration, Azure integration and technical leadership to ensure applications are secure, scalable and maintainable.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, architecture, development, governance and support of secure, scalable and maintainable Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications that support organisational objectives.

• Establish and maintain platform governance, environment management and application lifecycle management practices.

• Design and support integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using Azure services and APIs.

• Deliver system enhancements and continuous improvements that optimise business processes, performance and user experience.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to support high-quality delivery outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, communicate technical concepts and deliver effective solutions.

• Promote best practice, knowledge sharing, accountability and continuous improvement across the Power Platform environment.

Your Impact

In this role, you'll help strengthen solution delivery and the sustainable governance of the Power Platform environment. You will:

• Build capability through technical guidance, mentoring, knowledge sharing and best practice.

• Work with stakeholders and project teams to turn business requirements into effective delivery outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least five years' experience developing, supporting and enhancing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

• Demonstrated experience designing solution architectures for Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.

• Experience administering and governing Microsoft Power Platform environments, including environment management, security, Data Loss Prevention and application lifecycle management.

• Experience working with Dataverse, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and managed solution deployments.

• Strong understanding of Azure services, enterprise integration patterns and system integration using APIs, connectors and Azure technologies.

• Experience translating business requirements into solution designs and delivery outcomes.

• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring and quality assurance experience across solution delivery teams.

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or related technologies are desirable.

• Experience in a digital, ICT, transformation, not-for-profit, community services or public sector environment would be advantageous.

• A Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance and current WA C Class Driver's Licence, or willingness to obtain these where applicable.
