Senior Pre-sales Consultant (System)

Responsibility:

• Collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and customers to understand business and technical requirements.

• Recommend appropriate IT infrastructure solutions and best practices.

• Incorporate monitoring, automation, and management tools in solution designs.

• Ensure consideration of relevant Hong Kong compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., CIS Bill, G3, S17, SRAA, STDB, OR-2).

• Engage with global and local technology vendors for solution development.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, demos, and proof of concepts (PoCs).

Requiremenet:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related IT field.

• 6 years or above experience in the IT sector with pre-sales experience in system, server, storage.

• Familiarity with different system, server product

• Possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and related technologies

• Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin.
