Position: Senior Pre-Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Pre-Sales

• Experience: 3+ years in pre-sales, preferably in real estate
• Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru, for the first year; Banashankari, Bengaluru, thereafter
• Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on skills and experience
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle prospective customers and convert leads into property site visits.
• Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Generate leads from the existing customer database.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team and provide inputs to improve lead quality.
• Maintain lead records and track follow-ups and site-visit conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in real estate pre-sales.
• Experience working with residential real estate builders or developers.
• Proven ability to generate and drive site visits.
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
• Willingness to work from Yelahanka for one year and subsequently from Banashankari.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
