- A minimum of 12 years of experience in AI solution architecture, with a maximum of 18 years.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in BFSI domain, with a focus on AI applications.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing agentic AI architectures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
