Senior Product Analyst

You will influence marketing strategies, especially in the Subscription business, driven by powerful insights. You will present insights to stakeholders and senior management, translating analysis into the 'so what?' and identifying actions to take. You will partner with Product teams to build KPIs for new product launches and monitor the performance of existing products. You will use your SQL and Python expertise to interrogate data and solve key business problems, proactively bringing new ideas on business questions, analytics approaches, datasets, and ways of working. You will turn ambiguous questions into defined solutions, democratise insights by helping stakeholders with self-serve dashboards, and assess opportunities and test hypotheses with data analysis. You will communicate segmentation analysis, trends, and campaign performances to internal and external stakeholders, forecast through uncertainty and sensitivity testing and scenario planning, and present data clearly using visualisation tools like Looker.

Requirements

• Comfortable leading and solving vague and ambiguous problems independently
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain basic statistical concepts to business users
• Proactive in identifying new opportunities for creating business impact
• Experience turning a business question or problem into an insight brief
• Good SQL/Python proficiency
• Track record of delivering insight and actionable recommendations in an analytical role
• Ability to form relationships with the business to support adoption of data driven decision making
• Experience capturing stakeholder requirements across various levels of seniority and functions and building appropriate analytical solutions
• Self-starter who takes initiative in spotting opportunities and solving challenges with data
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment
• Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation methodologies
• Strong ownership mindset and eagerness to see the impact of your work
