Senior Product Designer — Credit & Cards, Europe (Remote)
We're hiring Senior Product Designers for Credit & Cards (credit application, card issuance, and repayment experiences used by real businesses managing real money). You'll own design from discovery through delivery, turning complex financial workflows into experiences that are simple, trustworthy, and easy to act on — working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Research.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design for your domain — from problem framing and research to shipped, polished UI.
- Use research, product data, and customer feedback to guide and defend design decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to scope work and define outcomes.
- Contribute to the design system, improving consistency, accessibility, and craft across the interface.
- Design credit application, card issuance, and repayment experiences that build trust in complex financial decisions.
- Translate compliance and risk requirements (credit checks, KYC, repayment terms) into clear, honest, usable flows.
- Balance conversion goals with responsible communication of risk and cost to the customer.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in product design, with ownership of complex, multi-step user flows.
- A strong portfolio showing user-centered thinking and polished interaction/visual craft.
- Hands-on experience designing native mobile app products (iOS/Android), you should be comfortable with mobile-specific interaction patterns and constraints (touch, limited screen space, performance, offline states)
- Experience designing platforms with multiple states, permissions, edge cases, and dependencies.
- Comfortable using research, data, and business context to defend design decisions in cross-functional squads.
- Fluent professional English
Nice to Have
- Fintech, SaaS, or other regulated/complex-industry experience (not required — a plus).
- Prior experience with lending, payments, or KYC/compliance flows.
- Regular use of AI tools (e.g. prototyping, research synthesis) in your workflow.
