Roles & Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our high-octane product organization. This person will help create the next generation of Big Data solutions for small/medium sized businesses that discover sales leads, track their prospecting and create stunning marketing campaigns. As a part of a small product design team, this person will be responsible for defining and evolving all user experiences for a range of industry-leading SaaS applications in the sales and marketing space, working closely with the product and technology teams.
- Employ a user-centric design process in the creation of simple user experiences for complex systems.
- You sweat the details and love to work with engineers to create elegant, functional, pixel-perfect results.
- You obsess over UX/UI touches that make the customer experience feel human, helpful and delightful.
- Estimate time and delivery of projects and tasks.
- Create low and high-fidelity UI prototypes that allow users to walk through a user experience at various points throughout the design process.
- Assess requirements, alternatives, and risks or benefits for projects. Manage test activities for each application.
- Design and implement prototypes, visual interfaces, and interaction of web-based applications.
- Ensure that user experience is formulated to achieve Company goals.
- Develop and maintain our design systems.
- Effectively communicate ideas and interaction using prototypes, flow charts and other tools.
- Engage and empathize with users to better understand their needs and guide decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to understand what’s possible before hand-off.
- Collaborate with other designers to establish design guidelines, best practices and standards across the company.
