Senior Product Designer (Remote)

About the Role

Remote is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join its Product Design team. You’ll work with designers, engineers, and product managers across the world to create exceptional experiences that help businesses find, hire, manage, and pay employees anywhere.

The ideal candidate should be experienced across the end-to-end product design process, comfortable working independently, and able to navigate complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design work autonomously within a product team.
• Identify and understand complex user problems and develop effective solutions.
• Create high-quality, intuitive user interfaces with measurable user impact.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
• Build strong narratives around design decisions and communicate ideas effectively.
• Contribute to design culture, processes, and ways of working.
• Help drive consensus and deliver impactful business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience taking ownership of complex design projects or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, particularly in HRTech, FinTech, or related industries, is preferred.
• Alignment with Remote's core values.
• Previous remote-work experience is a plus, but not required.
