Senior Product Designer
Summary
Senior Product Designer at Univacity who sets the UX vision, creates wireframes and Figma/XD/Sketch prototypes, runs user research, and supports product and engineering teams through agile implementation. The role can be done remotely or from the Berlin office.
As a (Senior) Product Designer, you will help define a conceptual foundation for our design solutions and communicate a vision for user experience. You’ll execute engaging UX flows, create prototypes for user testing, conduct user studies, and with validated solutions you’ll support multi-disciplinary teams during implementation. You will be working remotely or out of our Berlin office.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience designing for digital products
- You’re familiar with multi-platform digital products
- You have experience building prototypes with tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch
- You have experience conducting user research, beyond usability studies, and you can quickly turn insights and requirements into relevant design solutions
- You are an innovative problem solver, self-starter, and strong collaborator who excels in a fast-paced environment
- You are comfortable working through all stages of a project in an agile method and communicating through user stories
- Good communication skills in English

- You will create wireframes for our new features and build prototypes for usability studies you’ll be conducting
- You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that solve critical customer problems with an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- You will deliver elegant UX and UI Design and oversee the implementation with the rest of your team
- You will conduct UX research with your team
- You will work closely with the design and engineering teams to advance our design system and its implementation across our product portfolio
- We are currently scaling up our Product organization and so are open to new ideas!
