Senior Product Director, Local Growth

You will own product strategy and local growth planning for a specific region or country. You will analyze local users, regulations, competitors, and market dynamics, improve the end-to-end product experience, build feedback loops, scale acquisition channels, and coordinate product, engineering, marketing, operations, and business development teams to deliver growth.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and local growth planning for a specific region or country
• Develop local product competition and channel growth strategies
• Track the local crypto and fintech ecosystem and relevant macroeconomic factors
• Own the end-to-end local product experience across onboarding, fiat deposit, market analysis, trading, and earn
• Build product feedback loops using user behavior data, funnel analysis, and local user feedback
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in conversion, retention, and engagement
• Reduce registration-to-first-trade drop-off and shorten time-to-first-trade
• Identify, introduce, integrate, and scale user acquisition channels
• Leverage local networks to accelerate market entry and growth
• Collaborate with regional business development, marketing, operations, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 0-to-1 business building and growth experience in an emerging market
• Experience owning a user funnel covering acquisition, activation, and retention
• Strong product management capability, including product strategy, success metrics, roadmap prioritization, and A/B testing
• Cross-functional collaboration experience across design, engineering, data, and commercial teams
• Deep local market knowledge and an established local network
• Consumer product management experience in fintech, crypto, or trading preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus
• Proficiency in a relevant local language is a nice-to-have
• Crypto exchange product experience is a nice-to-have
• Familiarity with local payment rails and fiat-to-crypto conversion flows is a nice-to-have
• Hands-on trading experience in FX, equities, or crypto is a nice-to-have
