Senior/Product Manager
Job Purpose
The Senior / Product Manager will lead strategic digitalisation initiatives and enterprise product delivery across the organisation, with an initial focus on the organisation’s Care Management System (CMS) and related healthcare digital transformation initiatives. The role begins with strong project management foundations before progressing into product ownership, business transformation, and operational optimisation.
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of digital platforms and transformation initiatives, including requirement management, stakeholder engagement, implementation governance, product roadmap planning, vendor coordination, user adoption, and post go-live optimisation.
The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders across Operations, Nursing, HR, Finance, Clinical, and external technology partners to drive scalable, user-centric, and operationally sustainable digital solutions aligned to the organisation’s transformation roadmap.
Duties & Responsibilities
Project & Product Delivery
· Drive end-to-end implementation and product delivery across multiple digitalisation initiatives, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, stabilisation, and optimisation.
· Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budget, resources, and delivery outcomes across concurrent initiatives.
· Support the transition from project-based implementation into long-term product ownership, operational optimisation, and continuous enhancement.
· Develop and maintain project plans, product roadmaps, implementation schedules, governance documentation, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinate and manage pilot implementations, phased multi-site rollout activities, user adoption, and post go-live stabilisation support.
· Plan, coordinate, support UAT and manage phased system rollout, deployment, and stabilisation activities across multiple sites and business units
Product Management & Business Transformation
· Gather, analyse, and prioritise business and operational requirements with stakeholders.
· Translate operational pain points and business requirements into scalable digital solutions and product enhancements.
· Drive product improvement initiatives based on operational feedback, user adoption trends, incidents, and business priorities.
· Collaborate with users to define future-state workflows, process improvements, and digital transformation opportunities.
· Support change management, user engagement, communication planning, and training coordination.
· Monitor project and product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
· Work closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors/development partners to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
· Facilitate requirement workshops, product discussions, solution walkthroughs, and governance meetings.
· Manage vendor performance, issue escalation, implementation dependencies, and delivery risks.
· Communicate project and product status updates clearly to management and stakeholders.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
· Ensure solutions align with organisational governance, cybersecurity, PDPA, audit, and operational requirements.
· Perform project and operational risk assessments with mitigation planning.
· Maintain proper documentation for implementation, operational support, SOPs, and audit requirements.
· Support audit remediation and compliance-related follow-up activities.
Operational & Strategic Support
· Support strategic digitalisation and transformation initiatives across the organisation.
· Assist management in evaluating emerging technologies, digital opportunities, and operational innovation initiatives.
· Contribute to standardisation, harmonisation, and process integration efforts across entities and business units.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 7–10 years of relevant working experience in project management, product management, digital transformation, or enterprise systems implementation.
3. Experience managing enterprise applications, healthcare systems, ERP, CRM, CMS, HRMS, or workflow platforms will be an advantage.
4. Experience with low-code application platforms (e.g. OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform) and enterprise digital platforms will be an advantage.
5. Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, product lifecycle management, Agile delivery approaches and governance processes.
6. Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
8. Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively prioritise and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
9. Possess strong enterprise mindset with the ability to balance strategic objectives, operational realities, governance, and long-term scalability.
10. Familiarity with risk management frameworks, techniques and mitigation strategies.
11. Positive, adaptable, and resourceful team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment.
12. Able to work effectively in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment.
13. PMP, Scrum, Agile, Product Management, or equivalent certifications will be advantageous
