Senior Product Manager (f/m/x)

This is your opportunity to own a real product at a company building something genuinely new. As our Senior Product Manager, you join a small, senior product team at a stage where one person's judgment visibly shapes the product.

You will own product topics end to end: understanding the customer, deciding what is worth building and why, shaping the concept, and seeing it through to a shipped result that delivers value. You do this for your own set of topics, alongside our Director Product Management and our CPO, who both work hands-on. You start by owning the flow of customer requests and insights, the fastest way to learn our product and our customers, and grow over the first 6 to 12 months into owning whole product areas with the same autonomy. You develop the product; our
engineers build it.

We are building a product in a new category, so there is no playbook to copy. The work is genuinely conceptual: understand how digital B2B products work, understand our users' problems, and invent viable solutions. Our engineering team works closely and continuously with product, no throwing specs over a wall, and most of that collaboration happens remotely.

If you want real ownership, the influence to shape a product from an early stage, and the discipline of a spec-driven, high-bar team, this is the right moment to join.

  • Own a set of product topics end to end, from the customer problem through to a shipped result that delivers real value
  • Decide what is worth building and in what order for your topics, shape the concept, and drive it through delivery together with engineering
  • Run discovery with customers to understand what they actually need, test your assumptions rather than building on guesses, and turn what you learn into clear product decisions
  • Own the flow of customer requests and insights: make sense of what customers are asking for, decide what it means for the product, route it to the right place, and turn a stream of raw input into clear product direction
  • Translate real problems into clear, well-scoped, buildable definitions, working spec-driven (currently with OpenSpec) at a high bar
  • Invent viable product concepts in a category with no existing product to copy
  • Shape the UX and UI together with engineering, based on the existing product and the component library - we have no dedicated designer in the team
  • Work hand in hand with our remote engineering team throughout the build rather than through handover: analyse a solution for gaps and edge cases before it is built, using AI where it helps, and after shipping, check whether the outcome delivered its intended value and works for users

  • A track record of owning B2B SaaS products end to end, from customer problem to shipped outcome, with real accountability for whether they delivered value
  • A genuine understanding of how digital B2B products work, and the ability to invent viable concepts rather than copy existing patterns
  • Strong requirements and scoping judgment: you make vague problems complete, unambiguous and correctly scoped, and you know what to leave out
  • A structured, process-driven way of working, paired with genuine comfort in a fast, unstructured startup environment
  • Fluent, daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) as a normal part of how you think, write specs and
analyse problems, since we're an AI-first team and expect the same of you.
  • Experience working in a spec-driven environment (OpenSpec or similar); turning fuzzy intent into rigorous, complete, buildable definition is second nature to you
  • Data-model fluency: you reason comfortably about entities and how they relate, enough to break problems down and hold a real bar with engineering
  • Technical fluency: not afraid of a terminal, and able to reason about data flows, system constraints, and how an agentic product behaves
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with a remote engineering team
  • Fluent in English; professional German is a strong plus given our customers

  • Remote-first setup, Europe-based so we stay reasonably timezone-aligned, with access to our Munich office and backyard workspace
  • Flexible working hours and a "take what you need" vacation policy
  • Direct collaboration with our Director Product Management and CPO, and real ownership of your own product areas
  • Competitive salary plus virtual ESOP, so you grow with us
  • A team of motivated, kind, and inspiring colleagues
  • A role in a growing SaaS company in the Data & AI space, joining at the ideal moment to make a lasting impact
  • Regular team events and some friendly Spikeball or Table Tennis matches

  • Experience in the Data, Analytics, or AI space
  • Experience with AI or agentic products
  • Experience building in a new or emerging product category
  • Experience working in a remote-first team
  • Curiosity for technology and innovation
  • Strong Spikeball or Table Tennis skills (our signature Mindfuel games)
