Senior Product Manager, Growth Acquisition
You'll lead the product strategy, implementation, and scaling of Dave's Marketing Technology ecosystem. You'll own the end-to-end growth foundation that enables efficient, measurable, and compliant user acquisition, cross-sell, and retention across web and app. You will lead the roadmap for attribution, tracking, experimentation, and marketing integrations, working across product, marketing, data, and engineering in a regulated fintech environment. You'll set the vision for the MarTech stack, make build vs buy decisions including vendor selection and RFP processes, and own end-to-end enablement of web growth strategy from CMS and landing pages to experimentation and deep-linking. You'll act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Data, and Marketing, build a culture of evidence through rapid web experimentation, and stay ahead of MarTech and AdTech evolution including privacy changes and new technologies.
