Senior Product Manager

Discussion

Summary

The Senior Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Guardio's Core consumer cybersecurity product, driving user research, KPI definition, A/B testing, and cross‑functional execution to improve setup completion, adoption, and retention for millions of mobile‑first users.

Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever.

AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere.

Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from.

And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning!

So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Core product squad. Core owns what happens after someone buys Guardio: getting their protection set up and running, and making sure they get - and understand - the full value we offer. We own the in-app experience end to end: how users consume value, hit their aha moments, and keep having positive experiences that tie directly to business results like setup completion rate and short and long term retention, yearly renewal rates, etc. You'll be a central part of the team, owning core business metrics on our way to becoming one of the top consumer brands in the world. Strong business sense, a solid technical foundation, and a "whatever-it-takes" mentality to impact our customers are a must.

You will:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from leading zero-to-one (0->1) ideation and opportunity sizing, to scaling and optimizing existing products for millions of active users.
  • Conduct deep user research, utilizing both qualitative insights and quantitative data to build strong, evidence-based product hypotheses.
  • Define success KPIs, set up solid tracking, and run and analyze A/B tests to improve setup completion, feature adoption, and D0/D7/D30 retention.
  • Drive execution by leading cross-functional teams - bring evidence to the table, build consensus, and get your squad to take real ownership.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to move faster, cut process overhead, and get more done.
  • Work closely with, well, everyone: Product Manager peers, R&D, Security, UX & Design, Data & Analytics, Product Growth, Customer Support, and Marketing.

Sounds great! Am I the right fit?

Well, you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products in a fast-paced environment and at a large scale.
  • Strong business understanding - you know how to connect user problems to business outcomes, prioritize what matters most, and move key metrics.
  • Technical background required: experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, systems, data) and/or a relevant technical degree. You should be comfortable working closely with R&D, understanding system flows and APIs, and partnering with engineers and stakeholders to drive decisions and execution end-to-end.
  • Experience building and scaling Mobile-First products and a strong background in consumer-facing (B2C) products.
  • Hands-on with an execution mindset - you take ownership end-to-end and are willing to dive into the details to get things done.
  • Experience both in building new products (0→1) and improving existing ones (optimization, iteration, scale).
  • Data-driven mindset - experienced in defining KPIs, analyzing product performance, and using data to guide decisions.
  • Comfortable working with user research - interviews, surveys, and product analytics - and translating insights into clear product direction.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to write clear product specs and communicate ideas effectively.
