We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of our core HRTech product areas, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and optimisation. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to ship impactful features that solve real problems for our customers.Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area. Deeply understand our customers through regular discovery, customer calls, and data analysis. Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and success metrics. Lead cross-functional squads to discover, deliver, and iterate on solutions. Define and track key product metrics. Champion modern product discovery and delivery practices. Mentor other Product Managers.5-8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally HRTech. Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end. Deep familiarity with modern product discovery techniques. Comfortable with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, Looker). Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.Competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 depending on experience, plus bonus.
