Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of key E-commerce product areas. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, defining product solutions, and delivering measurable business impact through customer-focused and data-driven product development.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Business, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve customer and partner experience, optimize key funnels, and support the growth of the E-commerce business.
- Own a defined product area within the E-commerce vertical and drive its roadmap execution
- Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements definition to launch, measurement, and iteration
- Identify customer pain points, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities through data analysis, customer research, and stakeholder collaboration
- Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives and clear priorities
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance to ensure measurable business impact
- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
- Improve conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction within the owned product area
- Ensure a seamless customer and partner experience across relevant user journeys
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in consumer products, marketplaces, e-commerce, delivery, fintech, or related digital products
- Strong product discovery and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with product metrics, experiments, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to independently lead product initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-centric mindset and structured approach to prioritization.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or on-demand businesses is a plus
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+), Russian is a plus

- Annual salary from 70 700 EUR gross
