Senior Product Manager

Summary

Leads the identity and growth product strategy for a global ride-hailing platform, optimizing user onboarding, fraud prevention, and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with global privacy laws.

As Senior Product Manager – Identity & Growth, you will lead the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for our registration and authorization funnels—balancing seamless conversion against fraud prevention, security, and strict global compliance (GDPR, data privacy, and localization).

Partnering cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Security, and executive stakeholders, you will align complex product roadmaps and own the domain’s unit economics, optimizing critical operational costs like SMS/OTP without compromising verification rates.
Combining deep analytical expertise in session stitching and high-frequency A/B testing with a risk-based onboarding approach, you will champion high-converting, compliant, and cost-effective identity experiences that fuel sustainable growth.
  • Boost sign-up and login conversion rates by designing smart onboarding flows that keep user friction low while keeping fraud and security risks under control.
  • Partner with design and research teams to create simple, accessible, and intuitive user experiences that prevent drop-offs.
  • Bring business, engineering, and security teams together to build, align, and execute complex product roadmaps.
  • Take ownership of domain costs—building financial models and finding ways to cut expensive communication costs (like SMS/OTP) while keeping completion rates high.
  • Stay ahead of technical debt, project risks, and data privacy laws (like GDPR and local localization rules) by designing compliant flows that don't hurt conversion.
  • Use advanced analytics including session stitching and high-frequency A/B testing—to deeply understand user behavior across platforms and continually optimize performance.

  • Base-level understanding of microservices architecture and how backend services interact with each other.
  • Proven experience managing a continuous pipeline of concurrent experiments and conducting independent, rigorous post-analysis. You must be able to evaluate tests beyond primary conversion steps, measuring downstream impact (conversion to first ride, GMV), long-term retention, and critical guardrail metrics (fraud rates, cost per verification).
