Senior Product Manager
InDrive Money is a lending vertical aiming to fund under-banked audiences across inDrive network. Currently operating in six countries and issuing tens of thousands loans monthly and growing. We are using Platform's and alternative data for underwriting as well as transaction-based collection.
- Own loan origination process including customer's interfaces, marketing and risks engines.
- Continuously improve conversion rates through marketing and origination processes.
- Search for new acquisition placements inside the SuperApp.
- Search for unserved customer's needs and form value propositions.
- Maintain KYC and AML logic stability and compliance.
- Develop DoXgetY promotions to cover new segments.
- Form long-term strategy on customer's acquisition on new markets and audiences.
- Collaborate with risks, support, design, finance, legal, DWH, analytics and tech teams.
- Collaborate with external providers.
- Form product requirements.
- Ensure transparent reporting to management.
- Conversion from pre-approved loan offer to loan disbursement;
- Time-to-Money;
- CSAT.
- Experience in product management for at least 3 years, preferable in banks or fintech.
- Experience in lending products for individuals or SMEs.
- Experience in working with marketing engines.
- Proven record of launching features and products that led to conversion growth.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Technical (computer science, physics and mathematics, finance) educational background would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python would be an advantage.
- Experience in LATAM market, origination or growth would be an advantage.
- Experience in working with credit risk teams would be an advantage.
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+).
