Senior Product Manager Split Payments

You will lead the product lifecycle and long-term strategy for split payments, define roadmaps and success metrics, improve automated commission and fee distribution logic, scale reliable infrastructure, develop self-service tooling, engage platforms, and optimize payment data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for split payments
  • Translate market opportunities and platform requirements into priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
  • Define split payment and monetization use cases
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for automated split configurations
  • Act as the product authority for split payments
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on payment lifecycle variations and clearing and settlement flows
  • Partner with Engineering, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams
  • Design and scale rule-driven logic for commission calculations and fee distributions
  • Maximize the performance, reliability, and scalability of split generation infrastructure
  • Contribute to customer-facing automated split tooling
  • Engage directly with platforms to understand pain points and gather feedback
  • Monitor product metrics and identify optimization opportunities
  • Manage initiatives from scoping through delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or a client-facing product role
  • Experience with B2B enterprise software, payments, fintech, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms
  • Organizational and commercial strength
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to lead time-sensitive cross-functional initiatives
  • Data-driven analytical problem-solving
  • Ability to understand complex payment flows, financial data, and technical constraints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize platform merchant setups
