Senior Product Owner – Digital Health Apps

About the role

Invitrace builds the apps and platforms that hospitals, patients and corporate wellness members in Thailand and the UK use every day: patient apps, telemedicine, health screening and wellbeing products. As Senior Product Owner, you own one product area end to end: its backlog, its scope decisions and what gets accepted as done. You talk directly with the client teams who use the product, find the real problem behind each request, and turn it into work your team can build. We move in short sprints, use data and AI tools in our daily work, and expect product people to make decisions, not only collect requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with client teams to understand their workflows, pain points and goals
• Look past the feature request to the problem behind it, and propose practical solutions
• Use usage data and feedback to decide what to build next and why
• Keep your product backlog ready at least one sprint ahead, with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Make scope calls when time runs short, and write down the reason
• Propose roadmap items to the Lead Product Owner with clear priority and rationale
• Work with project managers, designers and engineers so work ships on time and to standard
• Accept or send back delivered work against its acceptance criteria
• Answer the team's product questions within one working day
• Mentor at least one Product Owner and review the quality of their stories

About you

• 5+ years in product ownership, product management or a closely related role, including direct work with clients or end users
• A track record of taking features from idea to release in an Agile / Scrum team
• Clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria are second nature to you
• Comfortable with product data and analytics, and keen to use AI tools to work faster
• Confident communicator in Thai and English
• Experience with healthcare, hospital clients, insurance or other regulated products is a plus
• Understanding of personal data protection (PDPA) is a plus
