Senior Product Owner: Omnichannel Digital Experience

AS Watson is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive online and offline digital product experiences across websites and apps. You will lead functional analysis, design, and delivery within a dedicated area, collaborating with UX, product owners, and cross-functional teams to prioritise initiatives and optimise customer journeys.

You will champion Accessibility by Design, work with multiple stakeholders, and leverage AI to innovate and improve customer experience.

Oversee the functional analysis, solution design, and delivery of digital products within a dedicated functional area, ensuring solutions meet both business needs and enterprise standards. Partner closely with a specific business unit to shape and deliver their online roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Act as the key point of contact for the development squad, actively participating in Agile ceremonies and driving day-to-day delivery. Collaborate closely with UX Design, Product Owners, and other functional teams to identify cross-stream dependencies and ensure cohesive, user-centered product design. Champion Accessibility by Design principles, ensuring requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivered solutions align with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and provide inclusive customer experiences. Produce high-quality analysis and review work from Product Owners, Junior Product Owners, and external business analysts to drive consistency and best practice. Champion standardisation and synergies across business units to optimise efficiency and scalability. Leverage AI to drive innovation, enhancing decision-making, optimising processes, and unlocking new opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance. Strong experience in eCommerce platforms, with SAP Commerce.
